So let us suck this orange of life dry, so that when death does come, we can politely say to him, 'You are welcome to the peelings.  What little there was we have enjoyed.' Robert Green Ingersoll

Rick Hellard approaches the Zone 3 aid station in the Canadian Iron Distance Triathlon in Ottawa.  Because the run is a four loop affair, his Zone 3 athletes had eight chances to cheer him on.

Rick shattered the course record by winning the 3.8k swim, 180k bike and 42K run in 8 hours, 57 mins and 47 seconds.

Jennifer Hopkins

Jennifer has done what many considered to be impossible.  In July 2009, she became the first person, with Multiple Sclerosis (MS), to complete an Ironman.  When she crossed the finish line, she also became the first person with the combination of MS, Lupus and Myasthenia Gravis to do so.
